Day 339

While I haven't totally been without television, I still do not have cable at home. When I started my new evening job, I had access to a television at work with only 10 working channels. I can watch the television at work as long as it doesn't influence my work. Most of the time, I have the closed caption on while the volume is turned off.

The only television that I have on is the Food Network and sports. I tried watching So You Think You Can Dance but it just isn't the same without hearing the music. I am surprised that I frequently turn off the television so I can do some of card making tasks.

As the year anniversary nears, I struggle with deciding if I want to spend the money and get my cable turned back on. I do miss alot of my old shows. I especially miss my sports.

So, after all of this time, live without television still hasn't gotten any easier.
